Obtaining a library card
To obtain a library card you must reside in the city of Ishpeming or Champion, Ely, Humboldt, Ishpeming, or Tilden townships and have proof of residency. Children under the age of 18 must have a parent or guardian present to apply for a library card.
All individuals who apply for a library card must complete and sign a library card application.
Replacing a lost card
Lost library cards may be replaced for a fee of $2.00.
PIN
Each card is assigned a PIN at its creation. It is the card holder’s four-digit year of birth, i.e. 1900.
