Re-Opening FAQs

  • Are you open for walk-in traffic?

Yes. We are open for walk-in traffic Tuesday 10-2, Thursday 3-7, Friday 10-2, and Saturday 10-2. Face masks are required, social distancing is in place, the library’s capacity is limited to 30 patrons. We recommend limiting your visit to 1 hour and bringing as few members of your household as you can.

  • How do I pick up items I've placed on hold?

Once you’ve been notified that your requested items are available for pickup you may either visit the library during our walk-in hours and check out at the Front Desk, request your items be prepared for pickup on a specific day (essentially curbside pickup, but in the Dundon Reading Room), or schedule a curbside pickup during non-walk-in hours. Please call the library at 486-4381 to schedule.

  • Where can I return library materials?

Materials may be returned in the outdoor book return or on the marked carts at the Front Desk and Children’s Room Desk.
