Renovation Campaign

REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS FOR PLANS AND DESIGN OF RENOVATIONS TO THE ISHPEMING CARNEGIE PUBLIC LIBRARY 

The Ishpeming Carnegie Public Library is seeking proposals for renovations and design of the Children’s Library Room.  The City is requesting proposals from experienced, licensed, and qualified architectural and interior design professionals to prepare plans, bid specifications and construction bid documents for the renovation.

Interested firms should contact the Ishpeming Carnegie Public Library Director, Jesse Shirtz, at (906) 486-4381 or jshirtz@ishpeminglibrary.info to request the complete RFP document, or they may pick one up at the Library at 317 N. Main Street, in Ishpeming. All bidders must attend a mandatory walk-thru on March 27th at 10:00 a.m. at the Ishpeming Carnegie Public Library.  Proposals are due by 4:00 p.m. on April 12, 2023.
