2026 Summer Reading Program
June 9th - August 1st
ICPL’s Summer Reading Program is open to all ages—babies through adults are welcome to participate in the fun! Individuals can pre-register for the challenge online by downloading the Beanstack app or visiting ishpeminglibrary.beanstack.org. Participants are entered for prizes by logging their reading, writing reviews, and attending library programs.
This year we are having an entire week dedicated to our Summer Reading Kick-Off! Between Tuesday, June 9th and Saturday, June 13th, you can visit the library to register for the reading program and choose a free book. Can’t make the kickoff? You can still register any time this summer.
On Tuesday, June 9th from 10am-2pm, there is a special event for adults to drop-in and learn about the Summer Reading program while enjoying a cup of coffee and pastries.
